The demands in this project have been to create a boat with very low energy consumption, smooth ride and zero emission. It should also be suitable for two persons.

The hull has been optimised for a top speed of 10 knots. It has a circular crossection that flattens out further aft. Length, beam and draught have been chosen to correlate with the wetted surface to minimize drag. This optimised narrow hull gives a very fine entrance into the waves with small loss off speed.

The carefully placed supporting hulls provide the stability.

By centralizing the weight (engine, batteries and crew) the boat is very forgiving in rough sea.

Air drag is a major factor in an easily driven boat. Small projected frontal area and rounded, almost organic forms, contributes to a minimized drag.

To obtain shallow draft and keep the propeller shaft as horizontal as possible the big efficient propeller has been placed in a semi tunnel.

The specially designed interceptors placed in the stern obtain the trim.

The high efficient rudder, well balanced with a split tail, enhances the manageability.

The whole construction is unsinkable and very rigid due to the sandwich construction.
